Step 1 · Arrivals HallThis is the first area you see when you exit customs — a wide open hall. Stay calm and keep walking forward.
Step 2 · Exit DoorsWalk to the doors at the end of the hall. You will pass plenty of salespeople (timeshare, taxis, rentals) — politely keep walking past them.
Step 3 · Numbered SlotsIn front of you is the parking area for buses, vans, minibuses and limos. Each unit has a numbered slot — go to the slot we sent you.
Step 1 · Arrivals HallExit customs and you enter the open Terminal 4 arrivals area. Head toward the exit doors at the far end.
Step 2 · Take the Left DoorFor Bus, Van or Limo transportation take the left door. The right door is for the inter-terminal shuttle service.
Step 3 · Find Your SlotBuses and vans are parked in numbered slots in the transportation area. Walk to the slot number we sent you and meet your driver.
Step 1 · Arrivals ViewThis is the view as you exit. If a family member is meeting you, turn right to walk out of the transportation area.
Step 2 · Welcome BarThe Welcome Bar at Terminal 2 is an excellent meeting point for groups arriving on different flights — we will all gather there.
Step 3 · Numbered SlotsSeparate numbered slots for vans and for buses. Walk to your slot number and your driver will be holding a sign with your name.
