Find your shuttle at Cancun (CUN) Airport

When you arrive at the airport (CUN) you need to pass through the Inmigration area, pick up luggage, and customs area.
This takes around 30 to 45 minutes. On this lapse, transportation goes into the parking area of buses and transportation to wait for you.

TERMINAL 3

The first area that you see when going out of customs.

Walk to doors at the end of this area plenty of salespeople (time-sharing – Taxis and rentals)

On the left side, you find a bar where you can stop and wait for other people from your group, this is ideal if your family arrives on different flights. Or you can walk ahead to the departure area where you find the Starbucks coffee shop.

Margarita Ville is another bar in the area to wait for the rest of the people coming with you.

Front of you is the area of parking for limos, Vans, minibusses, or buses. All slots have a number so find it easy.

Take the Bus and enjoy the service to arrive comfortably at your hotel.

TERMINAL 4 

Arrivals Area  ( JETBLUE / SOUTHWEST /  FRONTIER )
Lufthansa, Thomas Cook, Air France, WestJet, Sun Country Airlines, Interjet, Frontier Airlines,
Air Transat, Air Europa, AeroMexico, Southwest, Condor, )

Walk to doors at the end of this area plenty of salespeople (time-sharing – Taxis and rentals)

If you are going to take transportation (BUS VAN or Limo )  take the left door., if you need to take a shuttle between terminals go right.

At the transportation area Buses and Vans are parked at different slots, go to your number.

If you need to wait for another family or part of your group use the bar on the area.
